ever thought about the posibility that it is your style of pepping up 60 lines long unimportant posts with unfounded claims that makes some members including me run beserk? To mention just one from the last post: "1 or 2 or more ETV members begin to post". Please prove your claims.

It's nice you have an opinion, but it should be founded on something, just repeating it doesn't count as a foundation. Maybe the yellow press gets away with such techniques, but I will not accept this.

So: If you want to mention something like the above: don't present it as a fact or you will be bashed for talking nonsens.

To spare you same work: You don't need to prove the above claim. It's false, just like most of the others you made.

You might have said so but you did not keep to your word. You felt it neccesary to continue the 'ping-pong' in the last post prior to the topic being closed.

So if you do not want this to happen again and again then the solution is simple. Off-topic posts will be dealt with. If you keep your topics short and simple and not great rants(often repeating previous topics) which invite criticism (I thought I had already explained that one to you) then there is less opportunity for the members who you mention to participate. And even if they do then why not be true to your word and simply ignore the posts. The poster will get the message just as easily that way.

Thanks for your explanation but there is a problem:

If you note, in the thread you have closed , I said at least
2 times that I didn't want to continue a stupid ping-pong.

Now suppose I open a thread in which I say something I don't like about ETV.
Suppose also that 1 or 2 or more ETV members begin to post
in my thread some comments completely off-topic with the only aim to
make my thread being closed.
Do you think it's right to close a topic for this reason ?
If things go in this way it seems to me very simple for ETV members to make
all threads they don't like to be closed.
Don't you think so ?

I'd like to have your opinion on this.

I say this because I've noticed that my threads are always full
of posts which tend to go off-topic ( I'm not the guilty).
These posts are always made by the same 2 or 3 members but
these members continue always to do the same thing without being punished.

I think the nudity and not a means for etv to lower the wages of model too expensive.
It is also true that ETV is the only channel that has no nudity in the afternoon on astra

Some confusion here. The topic was not closed due to your percieved rule breaking of editing an initial post. There exists no rule about that as well you know. It was closed as it had degenerated into idle chat totally unconnected with the topic. Several members were guilty of that and all have been warned before usually in this thread. Trust that is clear now.

You will be aware that the rules of abuse also cover tv staff be they models, directors etc. It was not that you were warned about the first use of the word which I do find quite offensive in the terms that you have used it as the moderators do try to show some tolerance. But you repeatedly used the word. And some of those words were directed against members as there does exist a silent majority here and some of our members could well be those callers who you were addressing.

Now you were warned about the use of the word and you indeed acknowledged that warning. But you also thought it neccessary to edit the post for spelling mistakes. Jeez man, we are not perfectionists here and many posts have such mistakes and for many English is not the first language. Now you edit the post many hours after the first post and after many of your own replies so you had ample opportunity to correct. And opportunity in the edit to acknowledge the abusive use of the word. You chose not to alter that and thus confounded the problem. That was the reason for the 'strike' and again I repeat that was also not the reason to close the topic.

ETV is the only channel on Astra where is no nudity allowed in the daytime.

There are a lot of commercial channels for erotic hotlines combined with nude pics and Austrian teleshopping license.

This is a self made ETV rule. You can zap on Astra now and there is no erotic commercial channel where are no tits allowed.

I mean at Arte or other TV station i sometimes see movies in the afternnoon where i can see Sexscenes or even frontal nudity. Is a movie more art as ETV or has only ETV forgot to buy the right TV license :-)

It seems to me the managment there is only written on paper and has no plan. Or why has Sexysat the right License?

but you can't close my thread in this way ! According to me it's not regular !

2) I'll pay attention to not use "that word" in the future.
However I used that word to described something ( liveshows ) and not against someone.
