I like the Songs of Sexy Sat so if there's someone else who likes and doesn't knows what Songs these are - here's a little list:

Princess Superstar - "(Perfect) Exceeder" (2005) - Rob Dougan - "Clubbed to Death" (2002) - Benny Benassi - "Love is gonna save us" (2004) - X-Tina, Lil Kim, Mya & Pink - "Lady Marmalade" (2001) I know there is one Song missing, sorry, I asked vogue for it but I still haven't found that song! Title is "Love Is Gonna Save Us", Artist - "Benny Banassi, The Biz" , Album "Hipnotica". Found this info with android app "SoundHound" - all you have to do is to bring your phone as close as possible to music source ( so it can hear it clearly) tap "listen" button on app and it searches web for info. I found it to be succsesfull most of the time - great stuff. |

What the living Hell is GEMA??? I'm also German but nobody ever knewn anything about this gang! Well, yes, in the late 40's we've called em "Stasi" but that's a bad joke so sorry to all socalled Nationalists in Germany! Oh boy oh boy... This GEMA thing is nothing but a badass joke nobody laughed in Germany.  These people are just idiots in MY eyes. I mean, it is just about music - JUST ABOUT MUSIC!!! Don't know if you all know the same informations about this creepy gang but I knewn them from the Trance and Electro Genre. And me as an former Artist, I can tell this one: It blames to see the change of time! Back in the GOOD days we didn't needed to PAY for sharing OUR music that WE created! I sometimes miss these times, now more than ever after this GEMA crap!  Come' on > it's nothing but JUST MUSIC!!!!! ... The other side is, to modelflat, yes I have seen the stuff and there's no need to make more propaganda about this girl. Ok, she's a porn actress for sure and she has nothing to do with Sexy Sat anyways. Fine! But keep it cool my dear - this is nothing but a formerly shared photo. If you look for porn pictures and type in her name you'll find a lot of her shots! One of the Sexy Sat Crew found it and made it to what it now is. And I have no problem with this! It's just TIME! What if this Girl wouldn't do such shots anymore? What if she would be past away? It would be nothing but a photo to remember her. I don't understand people that wanna make $$$ for such things! So I need to to ask the Model in the picture about it. What she's thinking about the fact Sexy Sat using one of her photos for Television/Internet. How would YOU react if YOU where the Girl? I am pretty sure the GEMA cannot charge them because they don´t have a German TV license.
The Netherlands might have a similar system but I don´t know the name. |

I didn't say anything about "Clubbed to Death". But if Sexysat has paid its GEMA fees or something similar ([Versteckter Link - Registrierung notwendig]/[Versteckter Link - Registrierung notwendig]), the channel is free to play that track, or any piece of music that's covered by that organization.
[MUCH-NEEDED EDIT: Of course, they are registered in the Netherlands, so Sexysat wouldn't use the German GEMA. Sorry I mentioned GEMA. Really sorry...  Fuckin ell...]AmitaT wrote:What about the Girl? I never even thought this was from ccmixter!!! WOW! So, there is one more found! Second of all, ths was not about ETV, but thank you for this one too. I'm not much on ETV (just when Brona is out there, in the night). What about the Girl? I'm sorry but I don't understand what you wanna tell with this!? She almost looks nice! And btw... about Copyrights - isn't this kinda "Illegal" to post about the Songs that Sexy Sat is and was using? I see they deleted the old Music out of there shows so I am not sure they really stand to this. Specially to the Song 'Clubbed to Death' because the Version Sexy Sat used months ago was a Cover/Remix of the Original Release!

I think ETV uses a lot of music from CCmixter.org as well, because it's free to use (if you credit it). |
