ITALY IS OFF FROM PHONE NUMBERS

It's a long time that on TV screen doesn't appear any phone number for calling Girls from Italy : I am not interested to call but I would like to know "Why" appened this: is it a commercial problem with Sexy Sat or something about Government restrictions?
Does someone knows something about this ?
