 Marussia Motors is a Russian sports car manufacturer founded in 2007. Their cars are notable for being the first sports cars to be made in Russia. Marussia Motors is the first Russian manufacturer of premium class vehicles. It designed, developed and produces the B1 and the B2 sport cars in Russia. The Marussia B1 was launched on 16 December, 2008 in the new Manege hall in Moscow. On September 10, 2010 the first Marussia Motors show room opened in Moscow. Marussia is led by Nikolay Fomenko. [Versteckter Link - Registrierung notwendig] The Countach , or LP500 is a car designed by sports Bertone and then produced by Lamborghini . Designed by Eng. Stanzani Paul , the line designed by Marcello Gandini (the same who designed prestigious cars as the Fiat X1 / 9 , the Lamborghini Miura , the Lancia Stratos ) who was then working for Nuccio Bertone , the Countach is a car that made history. The prototype was introduced in 1971 and the production of the car was discontinued in 1990 . This car became known to the world with the body style wedge . In 2004 the magazine Sports Car International ranked the Countach in third place among the Top Sports Cars of the seventies and tenth those of the eighties . The name of the car benefit, unlike many other models, not a breed of fighting bulls, but from an expression in Piedmontese language that expresses amazement and wonder, translated into Italian as "accidents", "strawberry". Seems to have been uttered by a security guard of Carrozzeria Bertone late at night when it accompanied the engineer. Stanzani in sensational late to view the prototype of the car was ready. |
