The car of Sebastian Vettel is out of the Parc Fermé ,Vettel will start from the pit ...this means that the mechanics ( Team ) can work on his car to get the maximum out of it ! Kind Regards Shaky-Schumi |

And the latest on this :
An FIA statement read: The Stewards received a report from the Race Director that car 1 failed to return to the pits under its own power as required under Article 6.6.2 of the FIA Formula One Technical Regulations. The Stewards heard from the driver and team representatives and studied telemetry evidence that showed the reason why the car was stopped. The Stewards accepted the explanation and considered the incident as being a case of force majeure. ...However a report was received from the Technical Delegate that showed during post-qualifying scrutineering an insufficient quantity of fuel for sampling purposes. The Stewards determine that this is a breach of Article 6.6.2 of the FIA Formula One Technical Regulations and the Competitor is accordingly excluded from the results of the Qualifying Session. The Competitor is however allowed to start the race from the back of the grid. Kind Regards Shaky-Schumi |

The report from the FIA :
Technical Report At the end of the 3rd qualifying practice session today car number 01,driver Sebastian Vettel ,stopped on the circuit between turns 18 and 19 . It was checked wheter car number 01 had enough fuel on board in order to be driven back to the pits under it's own power and in addition to this that a one liter fuel sample may be taken. The car had 850 ml fuel on board wich is not enough for the required one liter fuelsample . As this is not in compliance with Article 6.6.2 of the 2012 Formula One Sporting Regulations ,I am referring this matter to the stewards for there consideration . The FIA Formula 1 Technical Delegate Jo Bauer So this means that Vettel wil have to start from the back at place 24 , like it happend with Hamilton after the qualifying in Spain ! Vettel disqualified from Qualifying
he will be starting from the back of the grid for tomorrow’s Abu Dhabi Grand Prix he parked his Red Bull on track at the end of qualifying but F1 regulations stipulate that pilots must return to the pits after qualifying to provide a one-litre fuel sample, but the stewards said Vettel's car had "insufficient fuel" for that. as Hamilton in Barcellona |
