A Christmas Horror Story (2015)
High school students investigate a mysterious homicide that occurred the prior holiday season, a couple notices their young son is acting strangely after a snowy forest trip to cut down a traditional tree and one family are stalked through a winter wonderland by Krampus, the Xmas demon. Meanwhile at the North Pole, Santa is fending off zombie elves. Nice Canadian Christmas Horror 7/10 |

The Wave (2015) - Even though awaited, no-one is really ready when the mountain pass of Åkneset above the scenic narrow Norwegian fjord Geiranger falls out and creates a 85 meter high violent tsunami. A geologist is one of those caught in the middle of it.

Crimson Peak (2015) - In the aftermath of a family tragedy, an aspiring author is torn between love for her childhood friend and the temptation of a mysterious outsider. Trying to escape the ghosts of her past, she is swept away to a house that breathes, bleeds - and remembers.
Guillermo del Toro does it again! First off, this movie is visually stunning. I believe they actually made the house, rather than using Green Screen/CGI, which makes every scene look convincing. The performances from were brilliant from all the cast, especially from Mia Wasikowska. My only gripe I would say is, it's a bit too predictable  Remember the knife scene from Pan's Labyrinth? Well there's knife scene in this movie what actually made me cringe lol. Check this out! 7.5/10 |

Ten stories are woven together by their shared theme of Halloween night in an American suburb, where ghouls, imps, aliens and axe murderers appear for one night only to terrorize unsuspecting residents. Nothing special, some episodes are not bad but overall is a weak film 5/10 |

Recently appeared on my SKY Movies on demand section, I watched it last night and it didn't disappoint me, this is a physiological horror movie as every step of the way this challenges the viewer and leaves you with the overriding question what would you do for money if the price was right. A must watch - I'll give this movie 8/10, possible future cult movie in the making

Everything is OK until one morning the body of a young woman is found in the loft. The 5 friends begin to suspect each other of murder. And it becomes clear that they don't know each other as good as they always thought. Very good belgian mystery/thriller 7.5/10 |

Spain, 1950s. Montse's agoraphobia keeps her locked in a sinister apartment in Madrid and her only link to reality is the little sister she lost her youth raising. But one day, a reckless young neighbor, Carlos, falls down the stairwell and drags himself to their door. Someone has entered the shrew's nest... perhaps he'll never leave. Despite some ingenuity it's a good and disturbing thriller/horror from Spain. 6.5/10 |

Love (2015) Murphy is an American living in Paris who enters a highly sexually and emotionally charged relationship with the unstable Electra. Unaware of the effect it will have on their relationship, they invite their pretty neighbor into their bed.
Basically, it's just porn lol. The starting scene (literally 30 seconds into the film) show some woman wanking a guy off and licks up his cum. The movie is pretty boring with bad acting, and a dull plot lol (what did I expect?  ) so I'd never watch this again. Think this has to be my least favourite movie from Gaspar Noé. If you like porn, check it out P.s. Don't watch with your family
