Last night, I have seen a great show with Lucy

The other day quite a few rumours about Sportxxx's future started and its starting to look like BB have taken over again. Most of the models seem to be going there so i presume thats what is happening.
At the moment the main girls to be announced as new BB girls are all from the 40+ channel, so lets see how long sport stay on before vanishing again. R.I.P AGAIN SPORT? |

first of all..... the channels on british tv are owned by the same corporations, they use different names because a monopoly is illegal and it gives the viewer the illusion of choice......this same corporation owns most of the pay per view channels, what they are allowed to show is not what they provide as they want you to pay for this!......the idea of the free channels is to do shows bad enough to frustrate the viewer to go and pay for a premium channel, they have this practice in place for over a decade in the u.k.......anybody with a motorised satelite will know they have just continued this stratergy with all european channels over the last 3 years, as long as you keep these gangsters in business they will continue to provide shows for an audience that does not exist

Alex Adams definitely not a signing that will take this broadcaster forward or one that naturally falls into the risque shows normally associated with this broadcaster. A safe signing whilst under the eye of the regulator but not one i will be watching. It has been said that SportXXX is up for sale but i cannot find any reference to this.

Ive seen pubic hair like in your 3rd cap in Gok Wan's show, looking good naked and also it was shown at 8:00pm on channel 4 lol. If you dont believe me watch the 1st episode 2nd series and within the first 2 mins theres a pussy flash and naked titties out.

I always thought this was one broadcaster who was comfortable with the content broadcast in relation to compliance with the plethora of subjective guidance published by the regulator.
From watching the shows for the past week this is obviously not the case and their output has been severly effected since the intervention on Friday by the regulator. This has led to a self-enforced ban on naked shows even though they are still permitted under the BCAP code. When such shows return depends on when this broadcaster feels that they are confident that the regulator will not move the goalposts again. Current guidance states that No nudity before 11pm. A performer can be fully nude and use a static straight hand with straight fingers to cover themselves. Ofcom accepted that this does not constitute masturbation. Now one would assume that the term 'to cover themselves' relates to the sheilding of the genitalia and anus. Not of the pubic area. Another piece of guidance states Full frontal nudity is never acceptable under any circumstances. This is an immediate breach of the Code. Now being reasonable and applying common sense priciples one would assume that 'full frontal nudity' means the display of genitalia and/or anus and naked displays of buttocks, pubic area with or without hair, breasts etc would be acceptable, but it would appear not to be. The broadcasters need to clarify the situation with the regulator on what is acceptable under the current guidance, something that should have been done when these additional guidelines were imposed several months ago. I believe the following pictural examples are where the regulator are clamping down. No implication's are made against the presenters or the channels in these examples.
