Good suggestions Dirk. Sin does have the potential to be an excellent channel, with access to some very good sets and an HD stream which sets it above its rivals.
Sadly things aren't looking good at the moment. We're all just speculating but the lack of a website for so long now is strange. There are two obvious reasons for the website being down. One is technical issues and the second being, they just can't afford the bandwidth costs. Well.. the site was working fine before and I don't recall any issues. Shifts without anyone appearing at all? I can't imagine that ever being a profitable choice.. and they're paying for carriage on Sky whether anyone is on or not. Again this has been ongoing for several days and would suggest they either can't afford to bring anyone in, or nobody wants to work for them. Even at that though.. there are always new girls looking to get a break on the channels. It would be a good opportunity to give a trial to a newbie or two, but they haven't done this either. Strange. Who knows. Hopefully things aren't as doom and gloom as they appear. |

The challenge is, I believe, to recover from where they are now.
Much of the time the schedule is hit and miss as to whether anyone turns up. When you don't have consistency, people tend to naturally revert to what they know, hence viewers and callers may have moved on. With the exodus of girls back to other channels (or out of work), they're left with a much smaller pool of beautiful women to entertain us. No website for 2 or more weeks now. Yet they seem to be running all 5 streams all the time which likely is costing them. I'd re-focus, and cover off a 'top 10' of things such as:- 1. Bring new website on line straight away, or at least put the old one back so that you have a web presence. 2. Reduce down to say 3 streams. 1 for TV, 1 for TV with no OSGs, and 1 for harder web-only content. And ensure these are consistent. 3. Create a rota of unique babes that will put on entertaining and different type of shows, so that they differentiate from the competition. 4. Create website only unique content, and ensure membership has some benefit. Also try not to price themselves out the market. 5. Make more use of the various sets they have. 6. Recruit high-end show producers and content producers (video and photography). Can be just on short contracts for specific stuff to increase and improve content on offer. 7. Retain super-hot babes like Ruby Summers, Thai Marder, Anna Rose, and Ally Lou for daytime. They have a great daytime line-up. 8. Try to fill night shows with greater range of different types of babes. 9. STOP having 2 or more babes on the screen all the time. Often fans want to see and talk to just their favourite. More solo shows. 10. Remember the viewers and calls and fans. We've been supportive of them since they started those short few months ago. |

Website now has a schedule, so you can see who is on when.
At present only shows couple of days, but I'm sure now this in place they'll maintain it and extend the period of days it covers. This just leaves two other things to consider. 1. A dedicated stream that shows TV video without OSGs but with logo top left At present, at least for last day or so, stream 2 has been this. My suggestion, given they've not used it for weeks now, would be to use stream 5 always for this. It leaves steams 2 to 4 for other content/shows, especially when they have more than a couple of girls on a night. 2. Stop having 3 girls on the screen at once - too much of a 'meat market' approach, doesn't provide them best opportunity for calls (and hence money), nor allow them to give an exciting show. |

I'm confused
They used to have 5 streams - 1 for TV, 4 for off-screen content. Site now only has 2 streams - 1 for TV, 1 for off-screen. Yet all 5 streams are still running. But they randomly pick what to put out on any of them. Much of the time it's absolutely nothing. Other times, brief shows, and then they also do full hour long shows as well. Yet they don't have a stream that is always the same as TV but without OSG, just SinTV logo top-left. I realise they're going through a period of settling in and making sure they're able to stay the course. But to be honest, if they don't sort things out and make sure there's a proper setup and viewers and callers alike know what's going on, they'll keep spending money on this stuff without bringing in money from callers - both on TV and the non-TV streams. I feel they need to regroup and reorganise themselves. Only then, with a full understanding of production of a 24x7 channel and web-only services, will they find their feet and be able to continue to provide sexy and interesting content that will attract a fan base. |

 OK there is nothing to view on there right now but, I get that message all the time since last night. Isn't this limiting potential callers?
