Hi, I cant play any of the videos anywhere on the site. All that happens is a new window opens, goes blank and thats it. Anyone got any ideas how to fix this? Any help would be appreciated, thanks. |

Before you do anything drastic like re-loading windows.....are the links to Rapidshare and if so are you a premium Rapidshare user. If you are a "free" user the links may be trying to open up another page with the download link for free users. At the moment in the UK some users are having big problems getting to the download page and this may be causing a new "blank" window to open in your browser. The blank window will open then wait for the Rapidshare download page, when it does not get that information from Rapidshare you will be left looking at a blank page. In Firefox it can even say "done" in the bottom left corner. I am a premium Rapidshare user but still have problems with blank pages like this. I get round this by right clicking the link, copying the link and pasting it into a download manager. I don't think this will work for free users. All I am saying is it may be a Rapidshare problem not a Windows installation problem. You may have to just be patient :-) and catch Rapidshare when thier servers are not so busy. |

You probably should not have installed that hot-fix. It is described for a specific purpose and not for a standard installation. The only thing I can suggest is that you re-install Windows or, firstly, try 'repairing' it with the original installation disk. |

Hi, I would recommend downloading the vids to your desktop and playing them with VLC media player - [Versteckter Link - Registrierung notwendig] - a standalone media player that can handle almost every video format. Windows Media Player is crap anyway. |

Sorry to go on about this, but when I try running the 'regsvr32 Mshtml.dll' I get back 'dllregisterserver entry point was not found' Any chance this could be effecting it and if so how I could resolve it? Thanks |

Well, I tried lowering security settings until they were pretty much zero, that didnt work. So I even turned off my Internet security/firewall etc, and that didnt work. Dont suppose you've got any more ideas? |

I'm not familiar with this type of problem but I think your security settings in browser may be too high, try reducing them in small steps. |

What I mean is, when I left click, a blank screen opens so there are no instructions. Ive tried saving to a location and it just saves a blank web page. |
