Probably because it takes fucking ages mate to upload content onto this forum hence the reason we are getting so worked up about it I certainly don't like the idea of some cunt coming on this forum and passing off one of my videos as his own on some cheap porn site full of fucking virus's.

Besides it's ass hole behavior to adorn oneself with borrowed plumes, the even bigger problem is:
ETV regularly seems to hire a lawyer office for scanning the internet for ETV content, and if they find files outside this forum these will be removed, and usually so will all files with same size and checksum on the same file host.
So if such an numbskull uses the same file host like me my files will be deleted too,and in case of several repetitions my complete account may be terminated.
So if that's the internet, it will be empty from non commercial content sooner or later.

We are a forum but unlike most, we don't have it has a main source of income and do actually do things away from the forum. Sadly right now we all seem to have less time than previously and I guess this is seen as lazy to some who have more than enough time to pre-judge others.

@scottishbloke, comparing this site to others is not the best way to look at it. We don't get paid and so real lives come first and the forum is just an hobby. Some members decide they don't like how it's run (see above) and others enjoy that it's just a part-time thing. You can't please everyone

Regarding the other parts that I was going to reply to. Most come here through proxy and I stated previously that it can sometimes show just as a quote, I deleted 4 posts only yesterday afternoon with just quotes involved. Saying that all members know how to show respect worldwide does not always happen and regards seeing what they have posted after does not happen, on a frequent basis. We added the preview button and few seem to use it :/

Just remember that not everyone is that confident on a computer as you are and some are just starting out. We do our best to sort things when we have time and just scanning means that we can easily miss things that those with more time will see. Options are that a post can be reported with the report button or you can contact a Mod if they are online.

Tell me about it mate, I went out on Friday night drinking which wasn't exactly a wise move on my part Lets just say that if I knew now what I know I wouldn't have been throwing the pints down my neck as I'm currently on anti inflammatory pills to reduce the swelling in my left ankle. The upshot of it all was that I was violently sick the following morning

Well it'll come as no surprise to you that I've been kicking around on forums for some time. I'm not trying to tell you how to moderate this one but I know what would happen on the other forum where I post. On the caps and videos Threads, any upload requests are moved to a separate request thread and if any member were to quote an entire cap and video set then the post would be immediately deleted.

Also as you're well aware it's not exactly a 2 minute job uploading caps and vids to this forum. It takes hours. All I ask is that certain members start showing respect to us lot who contribute on this front as without our contributions this forum would lose all credibility.

I don't quite agree with you on the language barrier being an issue as good manners are global. Even if the member does not understand what the quote button means surely they would then see the end result of their post and amend it accordingly. Lastly I'll always fight for a good cause as my attitude is never say die, never give up and always believe in positive change for the better. Thank you.
