What's in a name they say, well actually a name, especially a nickname, can say a lot (or not ofcourse). Already I was thinking about opening a thread on it, but a conversation between Nighthawk and Vappiano finally pulled the trigger to do it.
The aim of this tread is to learn a little more about what's behind your nickname. For some like Shaky-schumi (or Jufan ) it is not so difficult to imagine, but what might be the story behind some other names? |

I did not think that I need to write something here, but I feel some members completely misunderstands my nickname. My nickname has nothing to do in the genius or genia or nothing the like.
Here is the ( almost )exact meaning of the name: genya = vile, contemptible person. ( this is the toughest course description, the reality is more nuanced ) Only important thing is that the name has not been give me by others, I deserved it though . ( and sorry if my English is not improving ) |

It's funny to up a thread from september 2012 to this day...
So timfrance no longer exists, lazaridis has taken its place. Do I really need to explain it ? Yes ? Well... I had a childish fascination for that football player, Stan Lazaridis... It's maybe weird, but nonetheless very convenient Have a nice day ! |

More exactly is taa hastiin.... is the name of a character in a now famous writer of thriller and detective stories especially in Italy (Giorgio Faletti ... the book is "Out of a clear destiny"..."Fuori da un evidente destino")... Taa hastiin is a name of a Navajo Indian (really he had white father and navajo mother) which means in english 'three men', in the book relate to the same person with multiple personalities, but in a positive, since in him focus the good, strong and brave man.. It's a nickname that I have used in many times, especially in some blogs that I had ... Let me clarify, I do not identify with that character, but the name and its meaning could connect to different stages of my life .. But the choice was for the beautiful sound that name had... Mine is Massimo, not so similar!!!!

Well, I'm using nicknames with "Joker" also for different forums for a longer time and usually there already was a "Joker" when I joined, so I always add a random number. But I'm not that logic ;) I'm preferred using dates, not only my birthday. Ok, my nick: My favorite subject at school was Math and I was always good in thinking logic, so it was quite logic to use "logic". It's logic, isn't it?But you also seem to be logic not only in maths Regards Joker |
