I think girls as Sesilcil better leave ETV, the sooner the better, with her way of thinking, definitely are not in the right place.
Sesil This is an Erotic Program believe it or not.
Also I think managers should not allow insulting colleagues, in the way she did.
I mean with her words saying “ She is a Woman not a cow” and “She have something else than ass teats etc”, , when answering some SMS requesting what it is suppose to request in this kind of Programs.
Sesil better go to different Place , who cheat you to work in this place ?

Definitely not the Place for Girls with this way of thinking.
Again I guess ETV managers should be more careful when doing Casting for their Program and openly tell Girls that this suppose to be an Erotic Program, and girls working here suppose to do erotic performances.
Of course this kind of job deserves as much respect as the ones of the Girls who think that in an erotic Program people will call them or send SMS to know how much they do know about Mathematics, Science or things like that.

A little improvement but almost everything censored in the dark to make viewers frustasted, only few minutes thxs to the queen Safo who made an excellent show this evening.

Sesil isn't shy . In all formers shows, Sesil stripped topless and she showed her ass and her string. (i remember a show in the end of december or in the beginning of 2008, she opened her legs showing her transparent string with good mood.

Now Carolina can be more sexy (topless with hands) than Sesil (unbelievable one month ago).

Of course, Sesil is one the most beautiful model and she knows that guys must pay the price. Everything must have be negociated in a new contract, nudity is now almost prohibated in fact very rarely in a show. (not far from a ultrabarbie contract)

The result is fooling of callers and viewers. It's a pity Sesil has certainly the most beautiful breast since the sweet Michele and she was one of the most appreciated model by viewers.

How many time, Sesil will play this script ..until her departure maybe not but .bad news return to Etv2 this week
 

I´ve seen Sesil for several times this week at ETV 1, so it´s possible that she will be there more frequently;).

I thought about it what he said: It´s very easy to make some jokes while he´s sitting behind the cams and no one sees him and he tells the jokes in a language the girls are (maybe?) not  (really) able to understand, nothing against them! But if they did, I think they wouldn´t talk to him anymore. In this situation, there´s a footballer philosophy: Put the player into a bag, hit on it, and you´ll never hit the wrong man!

First of all let me say ,if they want to fire somebody ,well take he moderators than, and leave the girls on the show (i think the shows wil be better than)(@al-qatari,i haven't seen the show when vladi said this,but i agree with you, that's my opinion my friend,so you are totaly right,because no one of the girls diserves this kind of joke.What wil he say ,when the bosses of Etv say "Vladi you don't have to come back tomorrow because you are fired!,i dont think he wil laugh about it !

Btw: I hope Sesil wil stay at Etv1 and that's she's not returnin' to Etv2,because she diserves to be in the spotlight,at the better studio ,so that manny of us can watch this beautiful girl at the place where she belongs !

Vladi´s kind of joke yesterday was very....I don´t want to mention the word I think, but when a user asked him about Gia, he answered: "She´s fired and will never come back again, hahahahahaha" Great joke; in this moment I thought: "Another joke like that, and you could search for a place in the university where they examine bodies..." I don´t have problems with jokes, but if he gives comments like  this to any model, he could risk heart attacks...*hrhrhrrrrrrrrr*

Nothing wrong with a 'stubborn' model. That presents a challenge to the production team.

There are many on this forum who know the model's wages structure. But even, I believe, if you knew it, it would not answers these questions.

Just accept that it is a personal choice.

I can give you some very clear examples.

1. Michele. For the first few months NOTHING. She then went topless for several shows in a row and then stayed covered for several more before going topless again.

2. Sesil. Went topless almost immediately but for a few shows was quite reluctant to do so.

I can remember Alexa. Yes, even Alexa being VERY reluctant to reveal all during her first stint on the channel.

Some girls are born exhibitionists. Others are more discreet. Go to the beach and you could probably find even the Barbies topless.

Sesil said this aflernoon that she is now "very very shy " but she missed to say "very very boring", doing nothing.. She turned into in the status of "boring ultra barbie"  and she must have the behaviour of Ultra barbie.

She tried to explain the reasons but i have lots of difficulties to believe her.  

 What happened in only few weeks? I can imagine it's a question of income because Sesil has showed how she could be sexy (as Helena one year ago, we known that she can be hot if she wins more money ). Maybe the best ranked model like Sesil expect better income to strip. 

Fears confirmed, she turned barbie definitely, it's a choice from her, and I'll respect her choice (as all barbies and ultra barbies one), but I have also to say that this is not good news for an erotic channel.

This afternoon , Kaleya has replied to a Sms about Sesil and she has confirmed in Deutsch that Sesil will be only on ETV2 the next month.

It's the same destiny of Ket who has certainly  left the channel now. What is happened to Sesil ? If she don't return on ETV1 I suppose she will leave soon. :=((

Only 2 shows this week , on Etv2 and no nudity.

Sesil has changed why? Remember Helena in her last times on Etv. It's a pity when the most boring models are scheduled every day on Etv1.
