I sent one on Sunday and instantly got a reply back. After that, what was promised in the email didn't happen and four further emails have not had a reply. My paranoia is somewhat sated by the knowledge that at least two other members have had their emails ignored as well.
Anyone with similar experiences this week, or have an explanation?

I did not have no one response from Christine.Thumb down
I think she does not exist - just mythical spirit.
I wrote to the mailbox ETV and also received nothing in return answer.
What would I have some information, I must to write sms in team in the studio at my credits.Angry
They do not want more customers?

I just received a reply! Thumb up So fingers crossed for you! Christine is exceptionally busy, I don't think ETV believe in sharing the work load much. Hope you get a reply soon. Smile

Yeah, it's been doing that for about three weeks. I, initially, a couple weeks ago, blocked the pop-ups and you just press the 'Continue to EPOCH' button again and it still appears OK. Earlier today, I thought that would be the problem, so I allowed the pop-ups and it still times out. Very odd. I'm not sure if the time out is a by-product of the blocking or how to reset it.

Dreamlander

UPDATE: I think it must be something to do with my Sky Broadband, although I haven't personally altered any security settings. I tried to buy credits using my Nexus, which uses the same WiFi connection and got the same timeouts. Last ditch attempt using my phone, which uses 3G and it worked perfectly. Thumb up So, not really solved the problem but using my phone is easy. First, Sky block RapidLibrary and FileCrop...now this...bloody annoying.

It's not Epoch that's blocked but the redirect via wnu.com

however, it appears to me that it is somehow popup related. do you have popups blocked ? firefox first blocked me out and after hitting the Epoch button again it only let me in. After allowing the popup it immediately got me there.

Of course I've sent an email but, we know how long replies take, if they happen at all.

I'm at 0.03 credits at the moment.

Dreamlander

0.03? i had 0.249 credits at one point but thats gotta be a record! when my bank stops letting fraudsters steal money from my account i'll actually get to buy some more credits and try myself see if i have the same problem

Could you try it anyway, please? Just to see if the Epoch payment page appears for you, then just close it. It would be a great help, as, unsurprisingly, nobody at ETV has yet to give a rat's arse about my problem! Tongue

yes use your credit card if your not a selected country only nine countries can use bank transfer.

I do not believeConfused
still valid answer Christine: Please, do not transfer amount on the bank account.
For the moment there are no bank details existing to give you. IF you like you can wait for the new options but we are not sure about any dates.
Unfortunately Sofort is available only for these countries.
or something finally changed and we could not know it?Cool

Yes, Bank-Transfer isn't possible anymore, stopped in July last year.
All we can use is credit card or "Sofort-Banking". The difference are the price/performance ratios.
Okay "Sofort" is worse than the former straight "Bank Transfer" but better then what is offered for using credit card.
You said you are from Germany what means all should work then.
Yes, ilian62, you gave the answer in your next post. Seems you have found the mistake Thumb up

Have Fun and Enjoy it.
