2 questions/ posts and 2 answers so far on the new ETV wall.
and sorry, but both answers look for me like lame excuses and no real answers. neither the high-flying first answer from ETV Team (I'm sure it's Ilia) nor the more friendly second answer from Christine. an idea for the third post would be: will I get a serious & concret answer if I pay 2 credits for my posts??? |

In the first class all additional services are already for free, also in the first class you hardly meet an arrogant stewards, who ignore the passangers and what is the most important, the quality of the services is really the first class.
Someone at etv management should stop to fly in the hights and land down back on the ground, back to the reality!! |
