Before you start to force someone to read any terms and conditions, you should be the first who reads it more carefully. Just read this sentence again. " This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the Subscriber and TGE regarding Subscribers use of this site, Materials and all materials directly and indirectly related thereto. " The whole text of the terms and conditions doesn't contain a single word about an Agreement between TGE and the visitor (non-subscriber), it also doesn't contain a single a word about a material which is out of the subscription. Simply said, a common website visitor (non- subscriber) can use the free part of the site without any restriction. For your information, I am not a subscriber and the yesterday's show was in the free part of the website. So there is nothing more to debate. And also for your information, until now neither anybody related to etv nor Karry herself sent me a requst for removing this video. The link is still working, so even the rapidshare admin wasn't asked for that. The video isn't a problem for anybody... except you (and Rialpka) |

But has anybody bothered to read the [hidden link - please register] for the use of the ETV website? A quick précis ... By using the website you agree to the [hidden link - please register] ... No like? No use! You can watch and download anything there. You can't pass anything you get from the website on to anybody else. How ETV choose to enforce these [hidden link - please register] is at their discretion. If you want to disagree with me, read the [hidden link - please register] for yourself. |

Today I saw Ammy at (her?) home and was a little bit shocked about this kind of show.
It's quite similar to all these Let's-go-pvt places on the web ... What worries me is the contrast: On one side all these high gloss photo sessions and studio productions that made these girls little stars. On the other side the cheap 'model-at-home' broadcasting on the web that makes them look like ordinary girls who want to get some extra money for their student's life and have to 'go private' for some coins/credits. If I am talking of an exclusive show I don't think of excluding most of the viewers in first place, but of exclusiveness in the sense of style, value and visual impression - something tasteful and outstanding. And still lots of technical problems and insufficiencies ... Hopefully this is not the future of etv - just another try to use the full scale of possibilities. Just my humble opinion |

At the end of the day LSTV gets take down orders regularly by fans of certain girls aka there favourites which we sympathise with them but can't follow through with, 1, the fans are only asking for there own personal reasons not the models wishes, 2, if we bow down to all requests from fans this forum would only have model video threads that no one has interest in, 3, we are a independent forum no matter what others think or say we only follow rules set by some channels out of respect to them and safety of the models! 4, we respect all models and channels wishes if they ask us to take content down, not fans!

I believe the whole thing could be planned by ETV to deliver a good opportunity for Karry to turn into a hot model. We all should be happy about and not sending complains.
There were no nice words about Karry in all the last posts since yesterday. We should let her know that we like what we saw and there is no reason to be ashamed about. We must support her! Give her strength and a good feeling to continue. Karry, well done and I am looking forward to see more of her hot moments. Btw, no matter what happened with a "button" or whatever, the sense of the exclusive show should be to show more from a model as normally seen. ETV always uses regulations in free TV as excuses why models do not show what they should show in an erotic show. My expectation would be to see more from a model because the show is watchable on the internet and by members only (paid service). Unfortunately the "exclusive" shows show less then on TV (except for nudity during daytime). This should change. Cheers. |
