Good answer bull,
we live in Germany, and not in Bangladesh.... And i can watch Olympic Stream, can chat with friends and can download, so please ETV Aunt don´t tell me this crap, because i have only DSL 3000 and only ETV makes trouble the others not. |

Best Regards ETV Team's Answer: Dear Patrick, Here we will list some more details about the Internet streaming and bandwidth issues. The streaming of video over IP is a process of connecting of two points: one sends the stream and the other receivs the stream. We are sending our video stream to you trough the streaming servers. Our servers are connected to the backbone of the internet in California. The servers are located in the heart of the Internet backbone at one of the Tier One providers. Then the IP connection has to “travel” trough different connection points /routers/ of different major, bigger or smaller Internet companies and Telecoms until it reaches your ISP /Internet service provider/ and your home. Your 15 Mbs connection in this case is just a number that means nothing. Usually this is only a trade label that the ISP use to brand their services. This is the speed of the connection between your PC and your ISP. Almost all of the home internet ISP providers sell shared Internet bandwidth in ratio 1/20 or 1/50. That means that they will sell one 15 Mbs capacity to 20 to 50 customers and the presumption is that not everyone of them will use the bandwidth at the same time, but there is no guarantees what the real case will be. If at one and the same moment everybody decide to watch or download, the speed will drop to 1 or even less than 0.5 Mbs. It is very unlikely that you have dedicated guaranteed internet connection. All ISP in Europe offer shared Internet for home users. Only the big companies and IT firms buy dedicated guaranteed speed and this is significantly more expensive. Regards, ETV My DSL16000 can go down to 6000. More is not allowed. Reason: If the provider sells DSL16000, 6000 and 2000 it's not allowed to give you just the speed of the next cheaper offer. No ISP can afford to shrink me to just DSL1600 or DSL320  if all people come home and go online in the evening.Maybe in the oriental part of Southeast-Molvania this is still possible. And: We also don't share the toilets anymore in Germany's backyard slums. The opposite is true: We have W-LAN there. No, Miss Wall, you have to write a complete new text.

Most home providers offer bandwidth packages for peering or to their nearest international point. 2. You must have constant bandwidth to our servers. Last night in the Gia Premium Show is the stream at the beginning and jumped Sun Since it seemed as if the show is recorded. A nice idea. Then you can tell Gia that stays in there and comes out. Did anyone else feel. But it's just a feeling and I do not have evidence. |
