There are/were quite a few models who are or would be good performers. But the strict rules and boring directors sooner or later kill all motivation of any girl to try to perform a good show and then they leave. So that's the thing to change. In last time many top models and models with a good performance left ETV (Scarlet, Jaqueline, Giselle, Carry, Carmen, Viviana...). Models like Lilian, Lace, Athina remains (for ever?). I think, this isn´t a good developement. My opinion is: ETV need´s a lot of new and motivatet girls, with good performance and if possible, not shy. I hope, it will be soon.
