You know, I feel a whole lot better by just saying that.

But for the culturally impaired around here, that is the title of a piece of music by Richard Strauss, the German composer and not to be confused with the Strauss family of composers from Austria (waltzes and polkas). Hey, you learn something every day around here. But if you ever got your peepers around the Stanley Kubrick filum "2001 - A Space Odyssey" then you will have heard the opening sequence of that piece.

And once again they wonder if he has been on the Nitro again to torture those who dare to open this topic. In a way yes as this musical piece is itself inspired by a mammoth philosophical poem? by Nietzsche - now if you ever need something to send you to sleep try reading that ! Which is where ETV comes in these nights. You want to fall asleep watching it yet are afraid to do so in the faint hope of missing something that elmovision may also miss and then we only have the words of the philosophers to remind us.

And while we talk about Philosophers, I am reminded about the show of a day or so ago when they 'auctioned' off the models' underwear. Hans (who badly needs a shave or a new blade for the razor) was in his element in pursuading the girls to make a donation to the cause. Well I won Amber's panties and am wearing them right now.

I must disagree. I have read Nietzsche and I found him very amusing. His philosophy is like making archaeologies with one of this babys: [hidden link - please register]

When it comes to style and use of language he is one of the finest and best readable (Kierkegaard is another example of those). Most funny thing about him is that the Nazis embraced his Übermensch theory (they have never read his books, as this theory was especially anti-German, and the only ones on the right way into the future were, according to Nietzsche, the Jews ;-) )
Nevertheless that musical piece is great.

Were do you wear Ambers string? I doubt that more than one of your fingers fits in it
