Welcome Everybody to the Second Edition of the Predictor Game dedicated to the Main European Football Competition for Clubs.  The rules are the same as last year (with only one difference) and are as follows : Group Stage Phase : For every match you will receive one point if you guess the correct winner (or if you think the match will end with a draw and it happens) and two points if you guess the correct result. Knock-out Phase : For every match you will receive two points ONLY if you guess the correct result, but there will be one point (bonus-point) if you guess the team that will advance in the competition (the names of the teams advancing MUST be posted ONLY with the first legs predictions, if a player doesn' t post the names with the first legs, he will not receive bonus-points). The only results that will count for the competition are those after 90' (results after Extra-time or Penalties will not count). The new rule is that from this edition on there will be ONLY ONE winner, so the points made in the Group Stage Phase will be added to those made in the Knock-out Phase. The fixtures will be posted in this thread every Friday before the Matchdays. You have to post your predictions until 20,30 CET of Tuesday (in the weeks of the competition), posts made after this time will not count. Anyway, if you are not able to post your predictions in time for whatever reason, you will receive the lowest score of the Matchday. You will find the results of the matches every Tuesday and Wednesday night in the "International Football" Thread and every Thursday I will post the results of the game and the updated table in this thread. The competition will begin only if there will be enough members interested (if not this thread will be deleted  ).I really hope to see all the players of last season and also other members joining this game. The award is for oberon; so well done in making this win.
 The credits is also for Italianfan in making this game for us. Every round has less points to win but this bonus points makes it possible to have a good position in the end. When we return I will like to see more members to play again. |

Welcome everybody to the last round-up of the 2017-18 UEFA Champions League Predictor Thread
