2015 WTA FINALS :
Singapore, 25 October - 1 November : Result Singles Final : Agnieszka Radwanska (5) def. Petra Kvitova (4) 6-2, 4-6, 6-3 after 2h 06' Agnieszka Radwanska triumphs in Singapore, winning her first WTA Finals title (17th WTA tournament in career) after her first final at this event in her 7th appearance.The Polish player won easily the first set, breaking the Czech player in the first and in the fifth game, closing the set 6-2 after only 33', then she immediately broke Kvitova in the first game of second set, but the former Wimbledon champion managed to break her back in sixth game, winning then the set with a deciding break on 5-4; third set began better for Kvitova, who went 2-0, then Radwanska was able to win three consecutive games, with another break on 2-2, Kvitova managed to tie the match on 3-3, but she wasn' t able to stop Radwanska from winning the last three games and the title. A tearful Radwanska (who became the first Polish player to win such a big tournament and the first woman to win this title after losing two Round Robin group games) said after the match : "It means everything to me, in my first final I got my first win, so it couldn' t be any better, I was doing the right thing in the important moments of a really close match.
