Re: Books and comics

Hey, Maurois, great election. Thumb up
I remember the good moments that I spent reading the cases of Pepe Carvalho, years ago.
But also, with his poetry and his other novels.

Re: Books and comics

Two great writers:

Manuel Vázquez Montalbán (Barcelona, Spain, June 14, 1939 - Bangkok, Thailand, October 18, 2003) was a Spanish writer known for his novels featuring the detective Pepe Carvalho. For me, the best spanish writer in second part of the twentieth century. Not only by Carvalho, he wrotes a lot of amazing novels...I recommend The Pianist. Don´t forget to Carvalho, please Big GrinBig Grin He won a lot of awards detective novel throughout europe. Personally, when he died, I lost a moral, literary and gastronomic reference

Álvaro Mutis Jaramillo (August 25, 1923 – September 22, 2013) was a Colombian poet, novelist, and essayist and author of the compendium The Adventures and Misadventures of Maqroll. He was awarded the 2002 Neustadt International Prize for Literature.
His character is more important Maqroll The seaman. For me, the best way to explain how is Macqrol is saying that he is the brother of the Corto Maltese. Brothers from different fathers. Adventurer hopeless, revolutionary, always a loser.

Re: Books and comics

Marvel changes race to Captain América
If till now Steve Rogers was the personage after whom this súperheroe was hiding, this one transfers his suit to " Falcon ", or Sam Wilson, the first súperheroe of black race of the American factory.

Reporting of the factory of cómics Márvel.
Thor, his mythical personage, will be a woman in the new batch of cartoon stories that they prepare.

The second book, I am reading now and I am so happy...The incorrigible optimists club from Jean Michel Guenassia.
