I measured a constant bit rate of 1631 kbits/s at 29,97 FPS total file size 58.47 MB
Video Track 1503.88 kbits/s Data size 53.89 MB
Audio stereo @ 48 kHz 127.71 kbits/s Data size 4.58 MB
I could safely render the same video source at 768*576 at those bit rates, with CD quality sound. - naturally taken from somewhere else.
I'll now re-encode using the H.264 codec, use PAL 25 FPS reduce the sound to mono and the sample rate to 44 kHz (the sound from ETV is mono and pretty crap most of the time). in fact I could go down to 22 kHz
Not really surprising the soundman sat on the floor next to Nikita when Lace turned her into a fruit flan on their hobby themes show, waiting to get a piece of orange or kiwi from her pussy when really he should have been at his mixer monitoring the sound and switching the microphone in and out of the stream but that's what is so unprofessional about the technical staff there.

so without losing out on visible quality I have made the file smaller, thus making it quicker to up and download. I hope that answers your question.
