My only problem was i needed to update my filemanager link, i use Safari with no issues, so it could be IE as nandi says.
Anyway as theres so many having issues i will re up all my RS files to multiupload,others can do as they want i think its a bug that will be sorted soon. |

The problem might be, at least for me, because of the IE. Although I have a Premium Account (RapidPro Avtiv) and installed the newest version of Java, RS does not function. If I use Mozilla Firefox, RS works without any problems.

still no good for me... never saw the natasha vid & now can't get the bb 241...
but found my old RS membership details so: - select link - download page opens - login - select 'save file to computer' Download - popup appears 'Rapidpro is inactive' options Free Download / Activate Rapidpro - select Free Download - and... nothing, just sit there staring at the download page Or alternatively, without logging in: - select link - download page opens - select 'save file to computer' Download - pop up 'show unsecured items' - Yes - IE toolbar opens 'blocked - click for options' - right click 'Download File' - homepage opens 'welcome to rs' no download & no further options except to Upload Don't think its anything to do with java. RS has always been shit, but from where I sit, looks like they're now a pay service only - even membership doesn't work without rapidpro. So big ask - please can posters NOT use RS - its crap and if the intention is to share, it clearly doesn't work. (Sorry elmo, not trying to get at you. I appreciate the effort involved in posting vids - you've recorded, probably edited, uploaded and posted, and selected preview pics and uploaded them - a lot of hassle so that you can share the vid with us) thanks |

try the following: install the latest version of Java for your machine

I contacted RS because I had problems too.They wrote,that maybe you must clean up your cache.

Just checked and 1 or 2 slight changes.
they have moved the download link. [hidden link - please register] After pressing that you get the options for free or premium user. [hidden link - please register] Since yesterday i have a 404 message come up for my own folder on there, so a bug or just don't like free users? |
