I'm a Mac user, and despite almost no viruses on Macs, as a precaution, I installed Avast.
He gave me so many problems, I had to uninstall Avast. Since then everything works perfectly. |

Now I have an answer from depositfiles, but not to 3/4 of my questions
![]() Besides there's hardly a way for me to prove my copyright and there's no way to avoid future take down notices I can spare the work taking actions as, so I'll preliminary stay with 1fichier: "Dear User, Sadly your Content have been removed under procedure prescribed under DMCA. Therefore you have to prove the legality of such Content also under DMCA. The procedure is as follows: 1. DepositFiles has received DMCA notice and it has been considered legally substantial to suspect copyright infringement; 2. You object the allegation of copyright infringement by filing a DMCA counter-notice for each separate URL; 3. DepositFiles passes your counter-notice (with all your personal details which may be used during litigation) to the initial sender of DMCA notice (i.e. copyright owner); 4. If within two weeks the alleged copyright owner does not initiate lawsuit against you – DMCA revokes the copyright infringement accusation regarding the particular URL. The DMCA counter-notice should include the following: i. Your name, address, and phone number; ii. Detailed description of the Content and its URL before it was removed; iii. Detailed description of your legal rights to Content which voids initial DMCA notice. It may be as follows: a. You are the author or co-author; b. The copyright owner or any other authorized party has granted you sufficient rights to Content; c. The Content is not covered by copyright; and/or d. Your use of the copyrighted work is a fair use. iv. A statement under penalty of perjury that the Conent was removed by mistake or misidentification; v. Your consent to either: a. If you are in the U.S. – the jurisdiction of a federal court in the district where you live; or b. If you are not in the U.S. – your consent to the jurisdiction of a United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida (however, due to certain blanks in law, you may choose a federal court in the district of your preference). vi. Your consent to accept service of process from the party who submitted the takedown notice. vii. Your TRUE NAME (as of natural person) to be considered as the digital signature." Regards Joker |
