Ive been using Replay Media Catcher for a while now, both free version and the full one,but still cant work out all its features. Found that as long as the webstream is stable it records very well, but I keep recording time to 4 hours or it doesnt seem to recognise the full length of the recording and wont play properly.
Problem is editing the recording.Avidemux doesnt recognise the file format(although thought it was FLV). Tried converting to various formats using RMC but with no success, keep getting error messages. Any ideas on how to sort it welcome. Got plenty of files which I would like to post but far too big without editing. |

It sounds like a good application but when I visited their website it turned out that it's a Windows application not a Mac but thanks anyways

if you use a Mac - Quicktime Player X will record the screen, it costs nothing as it is included in the software package. screenflick is better gives you much more control, costs $ 25 |
