A little request

I made a request by e-mail to Mario, to have a new account for my brother IF it's possible.

He loves Lana and he even likes Sabrina, Beonce, Johanna and Alexa.

Can i take an account for my brother to let him vote? I swear you that it will NOT for me, even because i think he will give max 3 points to Alexa.

I just thought to let you know it before to create a new account without permission.

Mauro asked me to reply to your mail in this topic so that everyone understands the rules.

There is no problem in creating another account. You, nor anyone else has to ask permission for this.

However, the site does have security measures in place so that with multiple members using the same computer only one can register a vote.

I believe the time-out has been reset to 2 hours now. Last week it was increased to 4.
