trouble with rapid share :/

hey all, i dont know if anybody else has been having problems with rapid share over the last few days, or if its just me but its getting annoying now, tried to download a file yesterday, and it kept telling me i had entered the incorrect code for image verification (which i had not) another error it gave was invalid session now today, im being told that i have already downloaded too much, and muct wait 78 minutes to download another file, but i havent downloaded anything at all yet, and i doubt very much that it is anybody else in the house, as they haven't even been on their computer. and to top it off, i now have forgotten what i wanted to download, well, i guess i'll just have to search for something else to take up my time, back to the UT3 demo again :P bloody internet, nothing but trouble :D |

RS is like any other internet site. If their servers are busy (and remember there are 000's of users accessing them at any one time) then their delivery can be affected. If your own ISP's servers are busy (and remember there are 000's of users accessing them at any one time) then their delivery can be affected. As to forgetting what you were trying to download - no excuse. It's called your Internet Explorer History Tab -))) |

indeed when i can get on there i can get anywhere between 200 and 800kb/s, but recently it has been causing me trouble. i dont download anywhere neaar enough to warrant a premium account, nor can i actually afford to have one. and i still cant remember what i was trying to download a few days ago :( |

I have the same trouble, I think it depends on proxy server, my internet provider (fastweb) works as a proxy, so I often have the same problems as you. |

Hi kimosabi, I'm sorry for you, but I' ve no problem with my premium account on RS. I download between 350-400 Ko/s actually. |
