Italian Actress Mariangela Melato has passed away at the age of 71, she suffered cancer.
She starred with Giancarlo Giannini in famous "Travolti da un insolito destino...." movie directed by Lina Wertmuller, whose remake (Slept Away) was directed by Guy Ritchie with Adriano Giannini playing his father's role and Madonna (at that time Guy Ritchies' wife, or maybe he was Madonna's husband) playing Mariangela's one.
