absolutely right, Karry´s shows and "her teams" are an absolute guarantee of boredom and soft shows, because one thing you forgot to add to your great post, is her ineptitude as director. The normal viewer seems to need a little bit longer. Let every girl in the nightshow behave like Karry or Nikita maybe for a month and let us then see what would happen if there is a change. I know this is impossible but I think that statistics are only valid for the moment. you can't easily judge the future from it.
If only a few shows are different nothing happens.
But I must say I am not so sure anymore you know the statistics but a proof is difficult I think.

Karry, Jessica and Nikita in my opinion the most useless models in the nightshows but they have their callers and writers and that is what counts. Only thing you can do is not to write and call at all when these girls are involved in the nightshow and wait what would happen.
Because of one thing I am sure the girls who are getting naked are the backbone of the show without them nearly noone would watch these shows.
Otherwise ETV would make a nannyshow with Karry, Jessica, Nikita, Evah, Brona and Joanna for example because this would be much easier. They tried once but it don't work.
But maybe a good idea one nannyday with that models where everyone could praise them and the rest of the week a good nightshow.
I would propose but I am sure ETV won't do.

Tia is known as a very tolerant woman, even about baloons popping, something that she hates at all.
She was also unrespectful many times versus her colleagues, while I remember Amy, Mashiara and Scarlet always respectful and careful to veteran mates, because they could always learn something.
Neither Gia in her worst period had such behavior, Gia would discuss with directors, maybe some viewers, maybe some colleague once or twice (I remember with Inex when she moved up her skirt) but she basically would go in her corner and stay there for the whole show.

They aim everything at illusion, premise and notions and of mis-guided love.
Some, as someone rightly said become obssesive and that is where the hook line and money come in.
