Haven't you noticed that all channels are not completely soft channels !!! you will maybe get some few minutes in a day with some hot staff (Madlen appearing without a skirt) !!!

Its ridicules maybe I am missing something as I really don't watch all day ...

As we know they sell the content to cable operators (like rfh  [Versteckter Link - Registrierung notwendig] and some others in germany). I assume that the sudden softening in the spring has something to do with  a new cable operator in a country with stricter policys. At least this would explain some of the strange rules they have applied at that time. The rest is just the usual etv inconsistency.
