If you will know what a crap tv station etv is, please read the following sentences:

Yesterday I wrote a sms: "Vicky, your shows become very boring. The clothes of the models are very unsexy."

Vicky or her mod Peter cancelled the first sentence and changed the second sentence into the opposite: "The clothes of the models are very sexy."

I repeated my sms, but that sms they did`t show.

It seems Vicky and Peter can`t endure criticism and are able to swindle the viewers who had paid for their sms!!!! A case for the judge!

Just ask the girls to do something from whom you know that they are doing a strip or something else and support them.

Don't ask Brona or Evah to do a full strip they won't do you can as well throw your money out the window. Guys who don't get that after their second SMS are responsible for what they do I think.

Time to put another one to bed.

There is only one thing to say. The submissive guys who know that they were foolished and call and send Sms again and again get what they deserve. :-) Probably they like to be treated in this way.

@jonas. Hi jonas! Not only Vicky is a "swindler". With my sms happend nearly the same. At first, when we have respekt to the models, i want this in the same way to us. The viewers, friends etc.. I don´t like it when the modells don´t tell you the truth. My sms was cut by HANS! He dont like the truth what hppend between the Models and the viewers. The show is for the modells the best way to get in kontakt whith the viewers. But Hans don´t like it when more viewers knowes it, He don´t want to close this way for the modells because they have a easyer live with the money from us. O.K. it´s my reason, but she can tell me the thruth! When you stopp the money, the modell stop the "friendship". So I had the call that my services were once again required to pass judgement on a most serious accusation. The accusation is that a television channel has knowingly swindled a caller out of a sum of money. Maybe the plaintiff should watch the BBC they seem to do this on a daily basis all in the name of 'charity'

But I digress and must return to the current charge. I must apologise that I cannot give you any video evidence on this occasion. There are two reasons for this. Firstly, the learned friend I rely on to do these has a 'switch-off' policy when a certain blonde regie comes to the mic to speak. And as the spoken language is german, and as I understand it from people who can actually speak it properly very bad german - I would not like to be her next door neighbour if he/she ever caught her practising - which most of you, myself included, would not understand anyway, I will also rely on a second party translation.

The main charge is that someone actually altered the text of an SMS to make it more acceptable. Now if the plaintiff is able to produce some documentary evidence of the original message there may be some foundation in this. But I must ask. If this does indeed happen can we actually trust any of the messages that are seen on the screen. Are the compliments actually written by real people or just a ruse to get others to contribute.

But it does seem that the message was indeed sent as it was then discussed by the model and her regie live on air. They indeed answered the complaint. And here is the clever bit. By answering it live they were able to induce even more SMSs from the plaintiff who did not seem to appreciate the replies. So they achieved their goal. But that is not fraud. The plaintiff was not forced to respond. He is under no obligation to send anything.

But as a charge had been made by the plaintiff, the defendant had the right to make a counter charge. And the counter charge came from the model that the plaintiff only sends SMSs during the 'happy hour' when the cost is half the usual rate but still expects a full service. Clearly this should not be so as I am reliably informed that many a sender never gets their wishes during this preiod. I do not know the financial situation but it is usually the case that the tv would receive more income for one full cost SMS than 2 half cost ones. So what the model is saying is that the sender should just send one SMS. The cost to him will still be the same. He will be guaranteed his wish (if it is practical) and the tv AND the model, who's income it seems is also based on the value of these messages, will also gain.

Of course, as I read the comments on these pages, the sender could carry out his repeated threat to stop sending such messages. But the tv is a drug. It is very hard to give it up.

c) if you are disappointed with ETV -> don't give them any more money

d) if you are looking for love or frendship -> go somewhere else

Yes Jonas you are right. Normally the have to take care that they don't loose the good customers. But in that moment the don't think, they are amaters. You think that they can survive only from the calls and sms? Without the good sponsor they have, they are already dead.

If it would be business they would not make the good viewers angry with swindle and offence!

And Sabrina never disappointed me, that`s the difference to Nikita.

Its not the first time that I comment this. Please bro's understand that this is only a bussiness, They only do it, like the way they want. I am full agree with Gostwriter and BadBoy, The only way to do something, is boycot.

@ Jonas They know that they can treat you in this way because it's sure the next Nikita or Sabrina show you are back to support them. Your complaints and the words "I never send Sms again" are only "Hot Air". Believe me your next "victim of love" Sms will be on the screen. They are talking a few words about love and friendship to you and you're lucky again. :-) :-) :-)
