Usually I'm glad to see Calomira on the screen as frequently as possible. But today I'm happy that she doesn't make the morning shift as well, after her afternoon and night shifts. She's replaced by Jaklin, who is/was scheduled on 16-22, so let's wait and see if Calomira takes her shift today.

I know that there are more ways how companies handle this, you don't have to explain that to me. I did call in the past, not so often like you call Calomira (not good for my phone bill). Further it was not my aim to say anything definitive about ETV. I believe indeed that you get to know a company a little better if there is any way of contact, but I don't believe that you will learn everything about ETV by calling the models. By the way, in my opinion ETV gives not many information about their company, they never react on emails.

The models choose their shifts for the next week and to avoid shifts with just 1 or even 18 models someone other corrects the schedule and moves some models to other shifts or fills the missing shifts with models (usually a model like Lilian or Athina).

Everybody has his own opinion in this, Watcher. I don't believe that the models all by themselves choose their shift. In real life in work, there is also not much to choose. But I can understand if you think different about it.
