Everyone had to paid for a message that would shown on tv, even if the staff had edit your message. Only if you sent the message from the web and the staff didn't show it, you didn't lost credits. What the girls do with the request had nothing to do with paid or not. They can do it completly or half or nothing or the way they think to fulfill it, you have to pay. Technical with the new paymentsystem they initiate the payment with the first shown on screen, if it was sent with the web. From the phone the payment was initiated when you push the sent button on the phone. So it is not really a refund.
In the past they had refund credits after a show had totally crashed.

Sorry i was not enough clear, i wasn't talking about grammatical errors, but about your phrase "You only pay for extras", infact in the 2 pics there is a paid request of an iceshow naked (seen 1000 times) and the girls doing it are not naked, so money was returned to the customer?
if not i hope they lost another customer

ahh, now I Understand to me, extras include anything extra to just watching, so any messages or calls are extras. As for naked, I watched effy last night answer a request to be naked, and she said she would, in exclusive. Technically she was naked, but she had a sheet to hide her pussy, so all we saw was her naked from the side. I knew iot wouldn't happen, but that viewer deserves a refund.

I refer you to the first 3 of the Friday shows, the exclusive on the 22nd June, as just two examples of when exclusives have indeed revealed a lot more that free tv.
and yes, I know that sometimes (too often recently) freetv gets to see the same levels.
