ok, so it looks like some of the expensive ones (4 or 5 credits) got lost, too - unfortunately in contrast to you I don't know what is missing - it's just that I spent 41 credits and when I sum up the videos they stored for me it seems to be less - have to make a list of the purchased ones to stay in control - but as you wrote: sending complains to ETV does not necessary lead to a refund or something - posession is very 'virtual' as long as you don't store the vids on your own devices.
Who else experienced 'vanishing vids' ?

The question is: have the vids been deleted or is it just the index as 'already paid' that is lost? Did you check this?

Yes! And that's what I write for a long time. So I stopped writing on the wall ETV, because I have not received a reply.
Archiv not have added or video was like a movie, and you have to buy again.

I spoke to Alice before her 1st Premium today. It was like talking to someone in a crowded train station. The girls are so close together, you can hear almost everything they say, everything Sandra is saying on the microphone ( no issue with her, I like her and she's just doing what she is told ) and the girl you are talking to struggles to hear what you are saying in reply.

I realise this is not much of an issue if you just want moans, groans and sex noises but when you want to have a very interesting, amusing and intelligent conversation with a great girl like Alice, it's frustrating as hell for you and the girl.

From now on, I will only talk to Alice and Jade if they are allowed to go into Exclusive while this insane experiment runs it's disastrous course.

Exactly - just want to add that these are no longer 'normal FTA shows' - these are no shows at all.
It's a weird mixture of advertising clip and Sandra's talkshow in which 5 girls are flocked together in one corner of a big studio. They are sitting on hard tables and can hardly move for 5 very long hours.

I don´t like all these czech surprises not only because the concept is wrong as i explained before, but also because it forces to a static cam (because the chroma) in the normal FTA shows, making the shows more boring and artificial (Sandra talking with the chroma image is really grotesque), and it blocks the web streaming in the fitting room. I wish this new "czech studios" experiments ends (and fail) soon.
