Thanks to elmo I have a print of the text. The VIP is saying -nothing. There is no text. Every letter has to be represented by an octet of 0 and 1. So every word must be dividable by 8. The first word consists of 53 Numbers. That’s not dividable by 8, so there is no text. Second Word: 15 numbers- nothing. Third word: 4 numbers- nothing. Fourth word: 26 numbers – nothing. Fifth word: 19 numbers – nothing. Sixth word: 20 numbers – nothing. There is actually no need for dividing the binary code into words, that’s just nonsense. In total this makes 137numbers, so again nothing.
I guess the sender wanted to say something like the following, but didn’t know how to do it.
010100110110111101110010011100100111100100101100001000000... 

My congratulations, so this is your version of 1001 nights …
