SexySat is using a Israeli license, so they are operating under Israeli legislation (even though the EU member country hosting the upling can censor). In Germany there is mainly one rule: It depends on the context. In a documentary about sexuality, it's fine as the explanations around the picture puts it into an educational context and rules out any entertaining or exploiting intentions (at least in theory). On the other hand etv is entertainment, so this is considered exploitation. The second interesting point is the program that shows it. Privat TV and its content is regulated by state agencies. Pubcasters like MDR are not under this regulation, as they are themself state agencies and regulate themself. So a documentation like that would very likely be impossible to be broadcasted on privatly owned tv as the regulating bodies would not let this get through. In pubcasters it's fine. |

EPG shows tomorrow as 21:20 UK time (so 22:20 CET), and runs for 45 minutes an episode.
Appears it's repeated the following day (same night really as it's just in the early hours of the following morning). Ep1 = 03-Nov 21:20, repeats 04-Nov 00:45 As others have noted, stream is restricted to Germany - fine for us with VPNs Of course we'll have this via Satellite on MDR (Astra 19.2 12.110H 27500 3/4)
