i'm from Romania, i try with many proxy from uk, USA, Germany;NL etc same problem, i change internet browser, ip anythig ghangeable same problem,  (, thank's all for help.

Then probably only chosen countries (those that do not call much) have been excluded from live streaming to ease server load....

No. I'm from Germany. Hey, is my english so fluently? ;)
Here in Germany I can watch the stream without problems.
And the proxy URL is in the netherlands and works also fine.
I think the stream is watchable in europe, that's why I asked, where he's coming from.
