SexySat censorship, soft & hardcore

As everybody on here predicted, Live Hard is not starting soon. I emailed them and said: "I haven't heard anything about the Live Hard show since the announcement that it would start September 1st. Is that still accurate, or is the technology not going to be in place by that date?"

If the last part is true, then a free online hard show would be good... more sensible than a doomed Astra hard show with no viewers.

I've emailed Sexysat to ask whether or not the night shows have new rules. They only mentioned the daytime shows in their last email.
To me it would seem strange to take action now, after Sexysat has broadcast a never-ending wave of pussy for the last 10 years.

They won't tell me, but it seems that Sexysat is registered in the Netherlands. There's evidence of this on the screen – the number "16" and the two logos beside the word "live".

"16" is the highest rating possible in the Netherlands(!) And those symbols stand for "Sex" and "Explicit language" ([Versteckter Link - Registrierung notwendig] Wikipedia). Man, I wish I had been able to watch Michelle masturbating when I was 16...
Daytime TV shows, on the other hand, can only be rated "12", which is what's causing most of the current problems, I believe.

That's why Sexysat is being targeted by He Who Must Not Be Named, or "Voldemort" as I shall call them from now on.
So, Voldemort thinks that Sexysat is being very very naughty for broadcasting sexual material during the daytime. And Sexysat's all like "What?! No! It's not sexual, you've got it all wrong, man. There's nothing sexual about it. It's just a girl sitting on a bed." (I'm paraphrasing one of their emails.)
Well, it's a girl on a bed, advertising a phone sex line and obviously having sexual phone conversations with guys. The show is even titled "Sexy Phone"! And at weekends but not on weekdays, they sexed up the program and showed breasts during the day. I love all this, especially after being used to the UK's highly censored channels, but if Sexysat was breaking clear rules, they were fools for trying to get away with it.

It seems like that's the plan, even if the new soft rules weren't Sexysat's own idea.

If Sexysat is to be believed, the channel is in a legal battle against... I dunno they're being very vague. According to Sexysat, a third party complained and is trying to shut down the channel.

I can't get any more concrete information than that. They might say more if the channel gets shut down – but, like Wolf said, that might be just what Sexysat wants. Their preferred alternative is a premium "live hard" channel, which I don't think will work. They don't have a big enough audience or high enough level of quality. Even MyFreeCams looks better than Sexysat at the moment. Who would want to be a Sexysat V.I.P.?

So, any comments on the new rules, censorship, and Sexysat's future (or lack of)...
