In the 60´s and 70´s they fight for the freedom of the Sex, and now the same guys are sitting there and censor everything. It seems we go back to the 50´s.

If Sexysat tries to become ETV or pay-per-view, I think they'll find it's not such easy money.

That first answer doesn't sound good. The free weekend dayshows have been hot recently, way different than other babe channels. If Sexysat replaced them, it would lose 14 hours a day of promotion. And we still don't know what the content of Live Hard will be - like a normal nightshow, or something else?
It really makes me wonder if the change is worth it, when they talk about Irdeto or the Vipbox (the product that is advertised every hour on Sexysat). I doubt that it would even be profitable.

It sounds as if Sexysat isn't confident about Astra (and wants to do some shows outside of Astra) because of censorship, restrictions and threats. I'm still trying to find out exact details about those, but they haven't affected the Sexysat TV show much until now.
The loss of Sexysat's 2nd/3rd channels and picture quality were, I presume, caused by bad financial decisions. I hope the hard channel won't be another one!

So, they actual will use a second channel on Astra ? ...they invest no money in the channel and pay for a second channel ? yeah ....

I'm not surprised that Live Hard will be PPV; that's what I presumed last month. But it shouldn't be so difficult to improve your picture quality.

So it's a bit disappointing. Sexysat is a commercial company, and they can do what they want, but I wish they would do it better.

I am not interested in the live hard channel. Sexysat says it sold 500 pre-orders at half price, and has released 250 more. This is hard to believe because
- they didn't mention the price on TV
- they haven't told us what content the channel will have (lesbian shows? Boy-girl shows?)
- they only get 4,000 hits a day on Freesexysat ([Versteckter Link - Registrierung notwendig]) and 1,000 a day on Mobilesexysat ([Versteckter Link - Registrierung notwendig])

Of course, they must have tens of thousands of Astra viewers... but why would someone email and subscribe to that? 500 in two days? I'm suspicious.

I don't have a blog. They were referring to [Versteckter Link - Registrierung notwendig], or maybe they got my comment mixed up with Trinestor's complaint.

Sexysat's English explanations are so bad, I don't know what they mean half of the time. But they haven't confirmed whether "live hard" will be PPV or free yet. (As far as I can tell, there will be a stream. But free? PPV? Not sure yet.)

Wait and see. If it's available on "smart phones", there should be a way of streaming it online, like they do on Mobilesexysat.com. But they need to give more details (such as whether it's free to view or PPV).

The download didn't work for me, but the advert is scrolling on the screen now. The "Sexysat TV VIP Live Hard Channel" will be on mobiles, Astra and IPTV ([Versteckter Link - Registrierung notwendig]) from September 1st. Or at least, that's when the subscriptions will start. The channel might begin earlier, or more likely later.

We shouldn't be cynical. Just because Sexysat's current TV station is a blurry jumbled mess, it doesn't necessarily mean they can't run a great hardcore channel. But it should give us a hint. It's strange, because last month they told me there was "no one ready to pay for that" (by email from the old Sexysatabo address).

You'll have to buy a subscription to make calls. Sexysat isn't telling us the price, but they said €70 a couple of months ago. If you want a half-price subscription, 500 of you lucky viewers should talk to Frank.

Also, they're asking the owners of satellite TV companies to email this address if they want to broadcast Sexysat... as if a TV manager would be watching Sexysat, see that ad and think, "oh yeah, we should definitely email them". Frank is in their sales department... as if Sexysat has lots of different departments! By the way, it's called a "subscription", not an "abo" in English.

I'm not sure if the channel will be free to view. Last month I received an annoyed reply from Sexysat, because I had said the channel would be pay-per-view. But they didn't reply to clarify whether it would be free to view or not.
