In Spain, there is a way of eating that is called 'ir de tapas' (to go round the bars)
Tapa is a wide variety of small snacks. Customers can order many different tapas and combine them to make a complete meal. [Verstecktes Bild - Registrierung notwendig] |

A soup Grandma.
Garlic soup. Very simple to make: bread (dry and hard), water, olive oil, not spicy red pepper, garlic and eggs. All that this soup is simple, it has good. [Verstecktes Bild - Registrierung notwendig] |

kyke50 wrote:Hi, daz, that good aspect has that one stir fry. Thats why i like stir fry, you use what you have if you only have bell peppers and onions, but have the correct sauces and five spice, you have a great vegetarian meal added to either rice or noodles, sometimes i use spaghetti instead of noodles. Only your cupboard and imagination stops you Btw that dish looks and sounds worthy of eating, mothers are the best for inventing tasty things |

Hi, daz, that good aspect has that one stir fry.
That has reminded to me the stir fry one that my mother was doing but how is life in Mediterranean zone, she did it with mushrooms, prawns and tender garlics. [Verstecktes Bild - Registrierung notwendig] |

I think throughout my time, the best food i make is stir fry, beef being my preferred meat and not pork as some would use it more, and to be honest i see some asian food as a work of art too, but when done right, it vanishes very quickly from my plate it can be made how you want it as only restrictions are what you have in your cupboard or lack of imagination
