Sony have stated that if you buy a disk and finish the game that they are fine with you passing it on, but windows also want your console to be connected online 24/7 for what they call updates to happen.
Sony have stayed as mainly console whereas windows want it to be multimedia, i guess the old shops where you bought the games for these "toys" will start vanishing as the only way to buy a game will be to download it to your console, which is already happening and disks will be a thing of the past

Wow that's spying at it's fullest? lol. I've heard nothing but bad things about the Xbox One. I was watching a video on YouTube the other day and apparently Microsoft was caught asking members on reddit.com to big up the Xbox lol. Personally I don't use consoles and haven't since the Sega Saturn(1994?). PC's are the way to go and these days you don't have to spend a crazy amount to get a good gaming rig. That part you mentioned about not being able to swap game is normal for us PC users, and I knew it wouldn't be too long before the consoles started this, tbh I though PS4 would have been the same. Well I think Sony have won the console wars lol

Well according to [Versteckter Link - Registrierung notwendig] XBox one through the camera on it that if you purchase a movie online to watch, then it will see how many are viewing and if too many then you get a message asking you to pay up the extra cash or it won't let you watch, and if you turn the camera away so it can't see how many people are viewing, then it just won't play!
Big brother really will be watching you. If this information is correct, then for me its another nail in the coffin for even considering getting this, last week i also found out that if you buy a game and clock it, so decide to pass to say a friend or whoever then as its registered with your console then they need to pay for the game again, to re-register for the new console. PS4 is looking better by the day
