Well they put LouLou on the web show again last night, and in my view the best i've seen on there as the production staff seemed to leave her to do what she wanted, no playing hide and seek, end result constant calls and a smile on her face, normally its hide and seek resulting in few calls and pissed off look on the girls faces, and possibly callers feeling they have been ripped off so no chance of a repeat call.
They really need to keep on this track if they want to make money off web only shows, basically give the customer what they want and they will call, not what you think the customer wants with potentially no calls.
