Server busy?!

i wanna ask what this forum is good for if you can only surf on it as VIP member? everytime in the evening when i try to log in it is too busy.... so "normal members" can't pissibly search at daytime only in the night when everyone is sleeping.... is it possible that you get larger servers? i'm just asking
