Icicles - this ice stalactites. Melt water by gravity flow down and through the surrounding cold air freezes. Because of this freezing water icicles size increases.

Beautiful winter fence. Snow forms when tiny water droplets in the clouds are attracted to the dust particles and freeze. Emerging with ice crystals
initially not exceeding 0.1 mm in diameter, fall down and grow as a result of the condensation of moisture from the air. In this six-pointed formed crystalline forms.
